At Shaffer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached before sealing them in the original shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
